REAL 919 BARBERS WEAR PINK
We are in it together. Get educated, get checked, and never give up the fight!
We all have had loved ones affected by breast cancer. In support of them and others every year during the month of October we observe Breast Cancer Awareness month.
We challenge other local barbers to not only wear pink we also challenge them to donate with our Real 919 Barber Wear Pink campaign.
The campaign also consists of educating our communities in partnership with Susan G. Komen of the Triangle and Fee Fighters of Durham NC.
SPRING METRO MENTORING
At Spring Metro Grooming Lounge it's our mission to impart into others whether that be our clients or our community.
As mentors, we partner with Prosperity Consulting and its founder DeCosto Lawson to spread the message on the importance of mentorship.
Prosperity Consulting specializes in mentoring, social-emotional learning, and health and wellness.
THANKSGIVING MEAL GIVEAWAY
We annually sponsor a Thanksgiving Prepackaged Meal Giveaway for seniors and those in need in the community.
Our community partners are Bowick's Ark Restaurant + Catering Co., Bull City Durham Beauty and Barber College, Kingdom Community International and Perfect 7.
